Residency Verification Information

            To streamline your enrollment process please review the following information to determine what further steps you will need to take in order to properly verify your current residency status. Please know, that if at any time you need assistance determining your next steps, the Department of Public Safety is here to help.             If you are the student's parent and your residence is in your name, you will be required to complete and upload the Verification of Residence form. Additionally, you will be required to upload any two of the following; mortgage statement, signed copy of lease agreement, electric bill or gas bill. You will also be required to provide any court ordered custody paperwork pertaining to the student such as a parenting plan. In the event you are not listed as the parent responsible for educational purposes, please have the person listed sign and return an Affidavit of Acknowledgement.
