FMLA Notice for Employees
The Blue Springs R-IV Board of Education modified the District’s FMLA policy. Beginning January 2, 2023, our method for calculating the 12-month period will change to a “rolling” 12-month period measured backward from the date of an employee’s first use of FMLA leave for a given qualifying event.
