Residency Verification Information

 All new students will submit residency paperwork to the Department of Public Safety. Please call 816-874-3330 to begin the process. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 

            If you are the student's parent and your residence is in your name, you will be required to complete and upload the Verification of Residence form. Additionally, you will be required to upload any two of the following; mortgage statement, signed copy of lease agreement, electric bill or gas bill. You will also be required to provide any court ordered custody paperwork pertaining to the student such as a parenting plan. In the event you are not listed as the parent responsible for educational purposes, please have the person listed sign and return an Affidavit of Acknowledgement.
