 Please call the clinic to schedule an appointment today. We are here to evaluate your illness, minor injuries, rashes and more. Additionally, we offer health promotion and wellness visits such as Medical Weight Loss and Nutrition Counseling as well. You can reach us directly at (816) 874-3379.

Friday, 7:00 a.m. - Noon
Saturday, 8:00 - Noon (During School Year Only)

 *The office closes for lunch from Noon - 1:00 p.m.
