Our comprehensive range of preschool programs is designed to support the diverse needs of young children and their families, ensuring a strong start in life and education. All programs are free for eligible participants, ensuring accessible early education opportunities for all families.



Parents as Teachers (Birth-5*)

Overview: A voluntary program that recognizes parents as their child's first and most influential teachers.
  - 
Goal: To support families in giving their child the best possible start in life.
  - 
Eligibility: Available for families with children from birth to age 5.

Early HeadStart/HeadStart (Birth-5*)
   - 
Overview: Part of the CubCare program, this Missouri Licensed & Accredited preschool is available at no cost to eligible families.
   - 
Cost: Determined by MARC HeadStart.
   - 
Transportation: Not provided.
   - 
Eligibility: Available for children from birth to age 5, based on eligibility criteria.

Title I Preschool (Ages 4-5*)
   -
 Overview: A federally funded preschool program aimed at improving cognitive, health, and social-emotional outcomes.
   -
 Cost: Free for eligible students.
   - 
Transportation: Provided to and from school.
   - 
Eligibility: For children ages 4-5 who reside in a Title I school attendance area.
 
Early Childhood Special Education (Ages 3-5*)
   - 
Overview: A state and federally mandated program for young children with disabilities, providing special education services.
   - 
Schedule: Four days a week for half a day.
   - 
Cost: Free for eligible students.
   - 
Transportation: Provided to and from school.
   - 
Eligibility: For children ages 3-5 who meet specific eligibility criteria.

Preschool (Ages 4-5*)
   - 
Overview: A preschool program designed to improve cognitive and social-emotional outcomes for eligible students.
   - 
Cost: Free for students who qualify for free and reduced-price lunch.
   - 
Transportation: Not provided.
   - 
Eligibility: For children ages 4-5 who are eligible for free and reduced-price lunch.
