If you feel like you might be eligible for free or reduced meals, please fill out an application after June 1
Free and reduced meal eligibility is based on household income set by USDA. If eligible, this will apply for summer school and the first 30 days of next school year (26-27). You will have to reapply within those first 30 days for the remainder of the school year.
If you were eligible for free or reduced meals for the 25-26 school year, this carries over into summer. No need to reapply until the start of next school year (you have the first 30 days to apply from the first day of school).
If you were not eligible for free or reduced meals for the prior school year, but your household income has changed, you may reapply after June 1 and it will apply for summer school (and first 30 days of next school year).
New incoming students with siblings in the district can be added to your existing account in Schoolcafe. Use the students homeschool location, not the summer school site (if different).
Money can be added to the account, and it will apply towards summer schools and regular school year (it follows the student throughout the district).
If you are a Cub Care student, you would register your student under Cub Care, not LTEC.
