Special Services
The Blue Springs R-IV School District offers a range of services in order to provide a free appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment for students with disabilities meeting Missouri eligibility criteria. Parents who believe their children have a disability can contact the school counselor, the principal, the process coordinator, or the district special services department.
Procedural Safeguards Notice Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Parents’ Bill of Rights are available in additional translations (Amharic, Arabic, Chinese-traditional, Farsi, French, German, Hindi, Hmong, Khmer, Korean, Kurdish, Romanian, Rwandan, Samoan, Serbian, Bosnian, Somali, Swahili, Urdu, and Vietnamese).
