The Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP) is a statewide catalog of virtual courses that students can access from any internet-connected device, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

MOCAP’s mission is to ensure Missouri students have equal access to a broad selection of high-quality, interactive courses that can be completed anytime, anywhere.

The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the State Board of Education oversee the program, ensuring quality through course content review and delivery standards. All MOCAP courses are taught by Missouri-certified teachers, providing students with flexible learning opportunities that meet rigorous educational standards.
