If you don't see a specific job you're interested in, you can still create a profile to have your information in our system. This will save you time when a suitable position becomes available.

To create a profile, visit our job application website and choose either the Certified Application or Classified Application. You will be guided through the process to create a profile that will remain active in the system.

On the application, you can specify up to three preferences for the types of jobs you're interested in. This helps us find potential candidates as jobs open.

For Certified Applicants: Preferences are on page 3, part 16.

For Support Services Applicants: Preferences are on page 3, part 21.

Remember to submit your application for this "Profile" job to complete the process. Your profile does not count as an application for a specific position, so you must still apply for any positions as they are posted.

If you are a current Blue Springs School District employee, you can access the internal application by visiting the BSSD Employee Transfer Application.

You must apply for a specific position to be considered for it.
 

• If no position is posted, you can still complete the Internal Certified Application or Internal Classified Application to create an active profile.
• When asked for your employee ID, use the last four digits of your Social Security number.
• Employees requesting a transfer must complete the application, attach a resume, and state their request in the "Additional Information" box if they are not applying for a specific position.

Substitutes are not considered full-time employees. If you are a substitute, you must complete a full profile to apply for a position.
