Enrollment Information

    Schedules for the 18-19 school year are not yet finalized for elementary and middle schools, and registration/schedule pick up dates at the high school. Please do not contact the school regarding scheduling changes until you have verified residency and received your official schedule. 
    Registration can be completed any time prior to your school's registration dates in August. Our system does not prioritize students by the date or time registration is completed. Technology will be available at the schools on residency verification dates to complete this process and help with any questions you may have. Website:  https://pschool.bssd.net.

    Summer School Enrollment
    Please select the correct Elementary Summer School form from the following options:
     The due date is Friday, April 13.
    Parents of Kindergarten Students
    If you enrolled your Kindergarten student in the Spring, verified residency, and provided immunizations, you will still need to do the on-line E-Registration, but you will not have to go to the building to redo your residency verification. If you did not receive your Parent Portal log-in for your Kindergarten student, please email bssdpschoolparents@bssd.net with your name, address, and phone number, along with your child's name and school and the information will be emailed back to you.

    Pre-K Summer School Enrollment

    Please complete the Pre-K Summer School Enrollment Form for 2018 (pdf file, ADA compliant).
    Students New to the District
    New Students registering in the district are required to have two of the following acceptable forms for residency verification: 
    • a current electricity bill (30 days old or less) *
    • a current gas bill (30 days old or less) *
    • a current water bill (30 days old or less) *
    • a mortgage contract (signed by mortgage company) *
    • A lease agreement (signed by landlord)
    • A mortgage statement
     *No final disconnect notices for utility bills are acceptable.
    In addition to your residency verification, please bring the following
    • Parent/guardian Picture ID (i.e. driver's license)
    • Student(s) birth certificate(s) (official state copy)
    • Divorce decree (showing custodial parent, if applicable)
    • Affidavit of Acknowledgement (if applicable)
    • Guardian paperwork if applicable (Power of Attorney is not acceptable)

    You must provide paper copies for any required documents to verify residency. E-mail and electronic device verification are not accepted and the department cannot print the documents for you. The department cannot look at your documents on your electronic devices.
