New Student Enrollment Process 

Location: All new students will submit residency paperwork to the Department of Public Safety. Please call 816-874-3330 to begin the process

Hours of Service: Monday – Thursday | 8 AM – 3:30 PM 

DPS will remain open during lunch hours. 

 

Enrollment Steps:

Step 1: Residency Verification

Required Documents must be submitted and verified by DPS.

Parents must submit TWO of the following documents: 

Gas Bill (within last 30 days) 

Water Bill (within last 30 days) 

Electric Bill (within last 30 days) 

Lease Agreement/Mortgage Statement (with dates) 

Other documents include: parent ID, birth certificate, adoption/foster paperwork, etc. 

Once Step 1 is completed, families will move to step 2.

 

Step 2: Parent Portal Account Creation

Once residency is verified, a Parent Portal account will be created for each student. 

Parents receive login details and instructions via email. 

Open enrollment begins July 14th at 8:00 AM. 

The first day of school is August 19th. 

The enrolling school must receive previous school records before enrollment is finalized. 

 

Step 3: Final Enrollment Process

📌 School staff will complete enrollment once they return at the end of July. The final part of enrollment is requesting records, verifying immunizations, etc.
