Mrs. Carrie Jo Fohl
- I have been teaching in the Blue Springs School District since the 2007-2008 school year. I currently work at Daniel Young Elementary as the intermediate Special Education ED-SIP teacher. I enjoy working with my students and watching them grow from year to year. I went to college at Northwest Missouri State University and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education & Cross-Categorical Special Education Degree. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Educational Administration through William Woods University and plan to graduate in June of 2016. Highlights in my teaching career consist of learning through continuous education by attending professional development by Greg Tang, Ellin Keene, Project ACCESS Training and Safe Crisis Management (SCM) among other in-classroom experiences. My goal is to be a lifelong learner, just like I encourage my students to be.
- When I’m not continuously growing and learning from school and my students, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my daughter. I love watching college sports like football and basketball, going to movies, going out to eat with friends and traveling for vacation to see my family.
