Library Media Specialist

Reading is fundamental to all learning, and it is my passion to help students find the joy in books. I believe every student is a reader—some just haven’t found the right books yet! It’s my job to help them discover books that inspire them and answer questions they didn’t even know they had. Fostering reading in high school sets the stage for life-long learning and enjoyment.

I also teach information literacy and research skills, as well as digital citizenship topics. In our information-rich society, it’s critical for students to know how to find credible information and use it ethically.
