    In the News
    Our very own Miss Jennifer Ewan was announced this year's Outstanding Engineering Teacher at the state PLTW convention. She was nominated by Mrs. Crystal Alexander, “Jennifer Ewan is all in with Project Lead the Way. She teaches IED and Principles of Computer Science. If she had more time in the day I am sure she would teach more PLTW classes. She creates opportunities for students inside and outside of the classroom to engage them in the field. She utilizes community partnerships to provide students with unique experiences such as meeting with architectures and engineers to utilize the design process with professionals to renovate current space and create new space on community projects, school district bond projects, and building an outdoor classroom for students.”

    Curriculum night for future Freshman (current 8th graders) will be held THIS Thursday February 7th beginning at 6:00 PM

    *BSS students and parents will be at Blue Springs South High School 

    *BSHS students and parents will be at the Blue Springs Freshman Center

            *Please contact the BSFC counseling office with questions

    NO School February 18th- President's Day

    NO School April 19th- Easter Break

    There WILL be school on April 22nd (snow makeup day)

    Spring Break March 11-15
