Welcome to the Blue Springs School District. If new to our District, you may contact your school to begin the enrollment process. If you are unsure as to your resident school, please use our boundary locator for identification purposes.

Required Documents to Obtain Before Enrollment
The following documents are required to enroll a student in the Blue Springs School District:

1. Immunization Record
2. Copy of state issued Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Residency within the District boundaries

As part of the enrollment process, a number of documents are required. Please have these available upon arrival at the school to ensure the process can be completed.

Parental Rights and Guardianship
Following are forms that must be completed in the event of a special student resident situation:

• Affidavit of Acknowledgement
  Please download and complete this form in cases of joint custody where the student does not live with the primary parent. (pdf)
• Application to Request a Waiver of Domicile Requirements
  Please download and complete this form in cases where the student and custodial parent/guardian are living with a BSSD resident but cannot provide a utility bill in their name. (pdf)
